Mr. Riaan Oosthuizen started PPA Solutions in February 2006 as a small property management Closed Corporation with only 3 employees and offices situated in Westdene. The business showed rapid growth and by 2008 PPA had to move into larger offices at Victoria Business Park where Mr. Oosthuizen bought ownership in the Trust and PPA Solutions moved into their own newly built premises at 72 Victoria Road in Willows. The professional executive offices that include boardroom facilities with modernized IT systems are fully utilized and this is PPA Solutions headquarters untill today.

In 2015 PPA Solutions further expanded office space to include Suite 3 at said premises and has a staff compliment of 13 members working as a Team to provide effective management and deliver above expected services to our Clients. Due to the exponential growth shown by PPA Solutions in it’s mere 10 year existence, it became the 3rd largest sectional title property management company currently operating in Bloemfontein.


In order to develop, improve and evolve to the ever changing property industry, PPA Solutions have committed to continual development of internal systems, facilities and knowledge required to serve any industry need.
